WEEK ONE (day 1).

I ate a toasted Cinnamon-raisin bagel with jelly (one tea spoon) and a black coffee with 2 small spoons of brown sugar. (i like sweets, but you can put one spoon or none). |

4pm. |
Chinese food (steam chicken with mix vegetables and brown sauce) and ONE fried chicken wing (I removed as much oil out as I could with a paper towel). |
8pm |
Cereal with soy milk (that feels me up good)–i use two types of cereal (1) fiber cereal, and (2) regular Cornflakes or cheerios. |

If i have the munchies at night i eat chocolate almonds–It is actually carob almonds–carob latest like chocolate but it has not milk in it). Also, I drink some apple juice. |
WEEK ONE (day 2).

one over easy egg with one slide of bacon on a tosted roll.
Instructions: instead of potato chips I bough plain nachos, and i dip them in ketchup–as if they were French fries. I used to missed French fries but trust me, after a while you get use to this and even love it. Also I asked the deli guy to not use butter on my egg, instead, i asked to use very little oil. Then with a a napkin I took the bacon on placed it in the napkin and removed as much oil possible). DRINK: I got another decaf coffee with soy milk– you can also try apple juice or tea instead. |

Went to Chinese restaurant (real Chinese restaurant) and ordered fish with scallions on white rice. DRINK: hot tea. |
